My Digital Camera battery/ charger is not working?

Spencer! asked: I have a Casio EX-Z77 camera. The battery just wont charge and when I put it into the charger all it does is flashes. I tried the 9v battery trick, it didn’t work. Got any other ideas? Please help!LUCIEN
